Succession favorite Matthew Macfadyen has officially been cast in Deadpool 3. Macfadyen is dipping his toes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, stepping otu of his Tom Wambsgans role on HBO into Ryan Reynolds anti-hero franchise. It is uncertain which character Macfadyen will play, but he will star alongside Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Emma Corrin. Shawn Levy is directing the thrid sequel, while Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese are returning to pen the script. The Deadpool 3 film is the first of the franchise that will see Marvel Studios work hand in hand with Reynolds and the film's team.
