Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter — Uncharted is the latest game-film to be receiving its own rollercoaster. Opening in the first half of 2023, the Uncharted ride will be housed at PortAventura World, Spain’s largest theme park, which is located roughly an hour-and-a-half from Barcelona. According to Thrillist, the ride is rumored to be roughly 2,300-feet-long with a peak height of over 39-feet. After releasing a teaser earlier this September, HBO Max‘s highly-anticipated TV series The Last of Us now receives a full-length official trailer. Adapted from Naughty Dog‘s classic action-adventure PlayStation game, The Last of Us series is set in year 2033, following the story of a smuggler named Joel (Pedro Pascal) and a young girl named Ellie (Bella Ramsey) on their journey out west in a post-apocalyptic world. In order to gauge how new movies and shows will be received and make any necessary changes ahead of its premiere, Netflix enlists a group of approximately 2,000 subscribers to preview the content and give feedback via survey. The program is called the Netflix Preview Club and its existence only became known earlier this year. The streamer is reportedly now planning to expand its pool of viewers who provide advice on tweaks content may need. Next year, Netflix will grow the pool to tens of thousands of users located around the world, according to The Wall Street Journal, which cited people familiar with the matter. Disney+ Japan shared via Twitter highlighting its partnership with Kodansha, the largest publishing company in Japan. This partnership indicates that Disney now has access to animated titles based on manga published by Kodansha. The publishing house currently owns a vast collection of works across various genres, which includes popular titles such as Attack on Titan, The Seven Deadly Sins, and Ghost in the Shell.
