The Duffer Brothers have alluded to potentially creating a spin-off for Stranger Things. The creators have hinted at a potential opening for the additional storylines down the line, exploring different journeys of the show’s characters. In a recent conversation with SFX, the brothers admitted that they do not feel the show is over just quite yet. It appears that Netflix will not be moving forward with a sequel to Bright. While Bright 2 was confirmed in 2018 with an orc audition tape, Bloomberg’s Lucas Shaw revealed that Netflix has “abandoned plans to make a sequel to Bright,” but disclosed that it was not related to recent slap incident at the Oscars. As far as the upcoming National Geographic Pole to Pole docu-series with Smith, that will be released but filming has been hit with delays after the incident. Production for Pole to Pole was originally slated to take place in spring but has now been pushed to the end of fall. Believed to be costume test shots, the newly surfaced photos show the veteran actor dressed in an updated version of his classic Batsuit from 1989’s Batman. Building on the minimalist design of the original, the updated features a sleek tonal look with a slew of dynamic panel lines that accent the muscle separation throughout. The suit also features a wrapping cape design that envelops the cowl with distinct gauntlets and a striking utility belt. It is also important to note the bright and bold yellow Bat symbol featured prominently at the center of the chest. Pixar on Thursday dropped off the second official trailer for Lightyear, an upcoming sci-fi adventure movie that chronicles the origin story of Toy Story‘s Buzz Lightyear. The preview sees Chris Evans voice act as the namesake Buzz Lightyear, who appears as a young test pilot that must travel through space to make a name for himself as the titular Space Ranger. Keke Palmer, Dale Soules and Taika Waititi voice act as a team of dedicated recruits, while Peter Sohn plays Buzz’s robot companion Sox. The actor captioned the post, an image of the movie’s title logo, “day one…,” announcing the first day of the project’s production.
