The news comes just a month after KJ Apa and Isabel May were announced to play the lead roles in the DC Comics film. Now, Variety has learned that Warner Bros. Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy has officially confirmed that Star Wars and Disney will be “moving on” from the Skywalker saga. McFarland, Fyre Festival founder, was originally sentenced to six years in 2018 but has now been moved to a halfway house where he must wait in community confinement until his full release. “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli originally saw a seven-year sentence for securities fraud in 2018 but that time has also been reduced where he was released from the Federal Correctional Institution Allenwood Low to community confinement on Wednesday. Rick and Morty are ready to get Schwifty as the beloved series takes on a twist with an anime spinoff. The 10-episode sci-fi cartoon sitcom is currently in production and is set to air on Adult Swim and HBO Max. According to Entertainment Weekly, the latest spinoff is directed by Takashi Sano, who previously directed Tower of God and has received the green light from Adult Swim.
