Announced over on the author’s own blog, Game of Thrones: The Rise of the Dragon will be a tome entirely dedicated to the history of the Targaryen Dynasty, naturally tying in with the prequel show House of the Dragon that’s currently in production over at HBO. The book will feature more than 180 new illustrations of the family and its reign, with an in-depth look at some of the lore of Westeros. JAY-Z and The Harder They Fall director Jeymes Samuel are collaborating once again for Netflix‘s adaptation of the Boom! Studios’ graphic novel series Irredeemable and its spin-off, Incorruptible. The BAFTA Film Award winner will serve as the film’s director while Hov will co-produce alongside James Lassiter, Jeymes Samuel and Stephen Christy and Ross Richie for Boom! Studios. DC Comics announced on Friday that The Batman star Paul Dano is writing a comic book based on his infamous villain character’s origins, titled Riddler: Year One. Netflix has unveiled the official release date for its live-action adaptation of the popular video game, Resident Evil. The new series is different from Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, which is an anime adaptation of the survivor horror video game that debuted last summer on the streaming platform. The live-action series is set to take place 14 years after a virus caused an apocalypse. Pete Davidson will no longer be joining the crew of Blue Origin‘s next space flight after the launch date was rescheduled, the company has announced.
