After 25 seasons, the ’90s favorite animated series Arthur is set to take its final bow. The final season of Arthur is set to wrap up with a flash-forward into the grown-up lives of the show’s most iconic and adored characters. After a quarter of a century, the show is coming to an end for its 25th and final season, concluding with four new episodes in February. PBS has stated that the finale will “culminate in a much-anticipated ending that gives a glimpse into what’s in store for the future of these beloved characters.” As a part of the show’s 25th-anniversary marathon, fans will be able to watch over 250 episodes and movie specials from the show’s history. Moon Knight star Gaspard Ulliel has died at 37 years old following a skiing accident. According to reports, his family confirmed the news to AFP on the morning of January 19, stating that the French actor collided with another person while he was skiing in the Savoie region in the Alps. Ulliel sustained severe brain trauma and was then airlifted to a hospital in the city of Grenoble. He died the following day. Ulliel is known for his roles in films like It’s Only the End of the World, Hannibal Rising, A Very Long Engagement and Saint Laurent, where he played the titular fashion designer. Marvel Comics has just revealed further variant covers for Spider-Man‘s 60th anniversary. Set for an April debut, each cover takes on some of your favorite Marvel superheroes and villains suited up as Spidey. Some of the artists behind the covers include Dan Jurgens, Kaare Andrews, Rahzzah, Kyle Hotz, Declan Shalvey, and Pete Woods, to name a few. HBO Max has just dropped the first trailer for Taika Waititi‘s long-awaited pirate comedy series Our Flag Means Death. Based loosely on the story of Stede Bonnet, the series follows the aristocrat-turned-pirate as he leads a group of “gentlemen pirates” across the Caribbean, eventually confronting the infamous Blackbeard. Of course, it’s yet unknown how faithful the series will be to actual history, where Bonnet finds himself partnering with the terrifying pirate leader before the two ultimately fall out and hunt each other down for revenge. The Warner Bros. film is based on the upcoming novel Mickey7 by Edward Ashton, which comes out on February 15. Billed as “The Martian meets Multiplicity,” the book follows an expendable clone named Mickey7 who is sent on an expedition to colonize the ice world Niflheim. Apple TV+ has now released the first official trailer for Severance, its upcoming sci-fi thriller executive produced by Ben Stiller and casting Parks and Recreation veteran Adam Scott. Almost reminiscent of an episode of Black Mirror, Severance follows Scott’s character Mark, an office worker who elects to undergo a surgery that splits his memories between work and personal life.
