Standing as a fan favorite, DC Comics’ Flashpoint series is now set to return with a sequel. The darkest timeline was originally introduced when the Flash went to the past to save his mother from being killed. Messing with the universe, the “Scarlet Speedster” created a parallel world where Wonder Woman and Aquaman led a war between Amazonia and Atlantis that devastated the planet, Superman has been imprisoned by the government since his landing and Thomas Wayne became Batman after Bruce was shot and killed. Single Page of Spider-Man Comic Fetches $3.36 Million USD at Auction

A single page of a Spider-Man comic has sold for $3,360,000 USD at a recent auction. Illustrated by Mike Zeck, the page came from a 1984 issue no. 8 of Marvel Comics‘ Secret Wars, a twelve-issue limited series. The page featured the black suit that was later revealed to be the character Venom. It was sold on Thursday, the first day of a four-day auction organized by Heritage Auctions in Dallas, Texas. Netflix Is Making a Series About Professional Tennis With Production Underway at the Australian Open

Netflix is creating a new tennis docuseries, following professional players as they compete for major titles, Bloomberg reported. For the series, Netflix secured deals with the two governing bodies of professional tennis, the Association of Tennis Players and the Women’s Tennis Association. The streamer also inked a deal with the organizers of the four Grand Slam tournaments. Filming began at the first of those tournaments, the Australian Open, which will officially commence on Monday. The French Open, Wimbledon and the U.S. Open will follow. The series will feature equal time for men and women, according to Bloomberg. Tim Allen Is Returning for ‘The Santa Clause’ Disney+ Series

Tim Allen is reportedly set to reprise his role as the big man in red for a Disney+ series of The Santa Clause. Known for his character Scott Calvin in the Santa Clause film trilogy franchise (1994 – 2006), “The Toolman” will once again play Scott Calvin as he nears his 65th birthday and begins to realize he is due for an apprentice that can someday take over his duties in the North. Allen will also be acting as executive producer for this project while Last Man Standing creator, Scott Burditt, will serve as showrunner. Netflix Is Producing a PGA Tour Docuseries Featuring Top Players Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth

Netflix is set to produce a docuseries centering on the lives of the world’s top golfers. As of now, the PGA Tour and its major players of the major championships are all on board for the series. The show is set to cover the 2022 golf season. Major champions including Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson, Bubba Watson, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Brooks Koepka and Sergio Garcia are all taking part in the docuseries. More than a decade after the original film was released, Real Steel is now reportedly receiving a TV series adaptation over on Disney+. According to Variety, the media giant is planning on turning the 2011 picture into a series over on its popular streaming platform, with director Shawn Levy returning as executive producer alongside Robert Zemeckis, Jack Rapke, Jacqueline Levine, Susan Montford and Don Murphy.
