Kelvin Harrison Jr. to Portray Jean-Michel Basquiat in ‘Samo Lives’ Biopic

Kelvin Harrison Jr. is set to play the great Jean-Michel Basquiat in Julius Onah’s upcoming biopic, Samo Lives. According to reports, the film “will celebrate the life, career and impact of the groundbreaking New York-born, Haitian-Puerto Rican American artist whose seminal paintings and street art defined the Neo-expressionism arts movement of the 1980s.” It also marks the first movie about Basquiat that is helmed by a Black filmmaker. Newest ‘Pam & Tommy’ Trailer Highlights the Arrival of Their Tape on the Internet

Hulu has unveiled a brand new trailer for its upcoming limited series Pam & Tommy, which stars Lily James as Pamela Anderson and Sebastian Stan as Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. The two-minute visual mainly focuses on how Seth Rogen’s Rand Gauthier and Nick Offerman’s Milltie managed to spread Anderson and Lee’s sex tape via the power of the internet. Meanwhile, viewers can also see the effects of the tape on Anderson, especially when Lee asks her how the situation is worse for her when he can also clearly be seen in the video. Mike Judge has shared a series of sketches depicting an older Beavis and Butt-Head for the franchise’s reboots on Comedy Central and Paramount+.
