Tom Holland on Sunday confirmed that he will play Fred Astaire in an upcoming Sony biopic. While promoting the upcoming release of Spider-Man: No Way Home in London, Holland told the Associated Press that he will portray the legendary actor, dancer and singer in the forthcoming film. “Oh, I am playing Fred Astaire,” he told reporters. “The script came in a week ago; I haven’t read it yet. They haven’t given it to me. I know Amy Pascal has the script. She FaceTimed me earlier when I was in the bath and we had a lovely FaceTime. William Shatner‘s Blue Origin space voyage is becoming an Amazon documentary, titled Shatner in Space, that will premiere on December 15 in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. The Star Trek actor shared news of the one-hour Prime Video special during a virtual panel at CCXP Worlds on Sunday. The documentary special will provide an inside look at the “before, during and after” of Shatner’s trip to space, according to Deadline. Warner Bros. on Monday dropped off the second official trailer for The Matrix Resurrections, which largely follows the return of Keanu Reeves‘ Neo and Carrie-Anne Moss‘ Trinity. Like the last trailer, this new visual combines old footage from the original trilogy with fresh footage from Resurrections, featuring a slew of action sequences packed with guns, rocket launchers, crashes, kung fu and more.
