Peaky Blinders director Anthony Byrne has taken to Instagram to tease fans that the sixth and final season will be arriving “sooner than you think.” In the Instagram post, Byrne has appeared to showcase a short teaser of the main protagonist, played by Cillian Murphy, walking through the ominous, empty streets with a large bag in hand. As he looks off-camera, the clip cuts off to show the series’ title and the text, “Early 2022.” Accompanying the clip is the caption, “We’re coming for you sooner than you think. Delroy Lindo has officially joined the cast of Marvel Studios and Bassam Tariq’s Blade. While Lindo’s role is unconfirmed as of writing, Variety reports that the he could possibly be playing Jamal Afari, a former vampire hunter from Harlem who raised Eric Brooks/Blade and taught him the ways of vampire hunting. The 69-year-old actor recently appeared in the JAY-Z-produced Netflix Western The Harder They Fall as Bass Reeves and Spike Lee‘s Da 5 Bloods. He will star alongside Mahershala Ali in Blade, while Stacy Osei-Kuffour will pen the script. Soon after Marvel Studios has settled their Black Widow lawsuit with Scarlett Johansson, who has been a titular part of the MCU, Disney has reportedly already been in talks with the actress for additional projects. Following an initial announcement, Paramount+ has now released a teaser for South Park: Post Covid. Set to serve as a follow-up to the Emmy nominated South Park: Pandemic Special, the upcoming movie is set 40 years post covid with a look at Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny as grown-ups. The teaser previews that the kids must band together once again to solve an un-revealed problem. Aside from getting a look at Stan and Kyle as adults, we see Stan’s dad Randy Marsh visibly aged saying, “Its not a special, it’s an exclusive event,” referencing the Pandemic Special. The first TV spot, entitled “Visitors Kids,” features new footage of Happy Hogan asking Peter Parker about the villains, a closer look at Lizard and J. K. Simmons’ J.
