‘Venom: Let There Be Carnage’ Shares New Posters Amid Delayed Release Date

Shortly after delaying the film’s release date for the third time, Sony has now shared two new posters for the upcoming Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Similar to the promotional material released for the original Venom film, the two new images depict both characters up close and personal, their symbiotic, sinuous body fibers glistening in pristine detail. One shot shows Carnage towering over Venom, overpowering the anti-hero, while the other merges the two characters’ faces together in contrasting halves. Eminem To Appear in 50 Cent and Starz’s ‘Black Mafia Family’ TV Series

Eminem is set to make an appearance in 50 Cent and Starz‘s upcoming TV series, Black Mafia Family. According to reports, Eminem will portray the role of Rick Wershe Jr., known to most as former FBI informant White Boy Rick. “I’m honored and appreciative of my good friend Em for supporting my new show ‘BMF,’” 50 said in a statement. “We couldn’t do a show based in Detroit without incorporating the legend that is Eminem.” Wershe was born and raised in Detroit and was an informant for the bureau when he was 14 years old up until he was 16 years old, making him the youngest informant in the 1980s. ‘Adventure Time’ Gets a Gender-Swapped Spinoff Series

Popular Cartoon Network animated series Adventure Time is getting a spinoff series. In a funny nod to the original characters, the new series will focus on Fionna and Cake, instead of Adventure Time‘s Finn and Jake. The two characters were originally introduced in Adventure Time in 2011. In addition to their debut episode, the duo appeared in four other episodes throughout Adventure Time‘s tenure. As the two were created in reference to the original characters, the new series will similarly follow their adventures and trials throughout the universe with the help of Simon Petrikov a.k.a. Indie film and TV studio A24 has tapped J.B. Lockhart, previously chief financial officer for the National Basketball Association (NBA), as its first CFO, according to The New York Times. Lockhart first started working for the NBA in 2013, before being named CFO in 2017. In that role, he spearheaded long-term strategic planning objectives and managed finances for the NBA and its various other entities, which include the WNBA, NBA G League, Basketball Africa League and esports league NBA 2K League. Simu Liu is speaking out and firing back at Disney‘s top executive, Bob Chapek. In a recent Q3 earnings call, Chapek discussed the rollout for Liu’s forthcoming MCU film, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, revealing that company’s decision to release the film exclusively in theaters for 45 days before it hits Disney+. The film is one of the very few Disney films that has a staggered release, instead of premiering simultaneously in theaters and on the platform. OutKast rapper André 3000, whose real name is André Benjamin, has joined the cast of Noah Baumbach’s White Noise, based on the 1985 novel of the same name by Don DeLillo. The satire film follows a professor named Jack Gladney (played by Adam Driver) who is celebrated in academia as the pioneer of the field of Hitler studies. He also happens to be obsessed with his own morality, a fear that he’s forced to confront when his life and career are thrown off course by a cataclysmic chemical spill in his hometown.
