Jason Momoa has officially confirmed his return to the Dune franchise. The 45-year-old actor recently appeared on the TODAY show in an interview with Craig Melvin. Momoa, who played swordmaster Duncan Idaho in 2021's Dune, is now making a comeback for Dune: Messiah.In the first film, Momoa's character Duncan Idaho dies in the film and did not appear in 2024's Dune: Part Two.
