Sony Pictures has postponed the upcoming Spider-Man 4 starring Tom Holland. While it will only be shifting it release to a later date in July 2026, the Marvel entry is making way for Christopher Nolan's next film The Odyssey, also starring Holland.Both of Holland's films will be coming out a week from one another and the schedule shift is said to give the actor some breathing room between both blockbuster premieres. Zendaya is rumored to also be in Spider-Man 4 and is currently confirmed to be in The Odyssey as well. Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt's original idea film has landed Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio. According to Variety, the Hawaii-set crime film has Scorsese and DiCaprio on board to produce. At this time, the film is currently being shopped to various studios and streamers and is said to draw comparisons to some of the industry's most popular projects, The Departed and Goodfellas.
