Zouk Group have made their latest splash in Las Vegas, tapping famed DJ duo NERVO for an exclusive 2022 residency. The Australian sister duo will join Zedd, Tiësto and more as residents of Zouk Group, the proprietors of Ayu Dayclub and Zouk Nightclub. In the wake of the death of CharlestheFirst, a memorial benefit show has been planned to honor the legacy of the late electronic music production virtuoso. Scheduled for January 29th at Denver’s Mission Ballroom, the event will gather CharlestheFirst’s family, friends, and collaborators in celebration of his life and impact on the dance music community. Prior to his sudden and tragic death, the beloved DJ, whose real name was Charles Elias Ingalls, was prevalently considered one of the most promising artists in the electronic scene—a notion reinforced by his extraordinary final album, SOLUS. Hold out your glass because Boogie T is serving up some funk on the rocks this spring. In April, the Louisiana-bred producer will be taking over one of America’s most iconic concert venues, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, for a Friday night showcase. Joining the bearded bass bender will be SoDown, Minnesota, KHIVA, Bawldy, and his BOOGIE T.RIO live band for a special sunset set.
