Aluna’s Inaugural Noir Fever New Orleans to Host Kaytranada, Channel Tres, Jayda G, More

New Orleans, get ready. Aluna is about to shut it down. The dance music luminary’s latest enterprise, Noir Fever New Orleans, is slated to take the city by storm May 27-30, 2022 via a partnership with Pollen Presents. Featuring an all-Black lineup of musical artists, it endeavors to celebrate the Black and queer roots of dance music as well the legacies of Black talents that have come out of New Orleans. Featured artists include Kaytranada, Jayda G, Channel Tres and TSHA, as well as house and techno godfathers Derrick Carter and Kevin Saunderson. Beyond Wonderland 2022 Dates Revealed

After a massive late-summer edition earlier this year, Beyond Wonderland is officially set to return in 2022. Insomniac has now revealed the dates for their SoCal spectacular, which will again go down at San Bernardino’s NOS Events Center. The music festival is scheduled for March 25th and 26th, 2022. A lineup has not yet been announced, but just like Insomniac’s other major festivals, fans can expect a huge lineup. The 2021 iteration featured DJ sets from Tiësto, Flosstradamus, Valentino Khan, Mija, Space Laces, and many more. Disco Donnie Presents to Give Veterans $1,000,000 Worth of Event Tickets

Disco Donnie is honoring the life of his cousin with a huge donation to veterans.  On Veterans Day 2021, the man behind Disco Donnie Presents announced that he would be giving $1,000,000 worth of tickets to Vet Tix, an organization that gives veterans free tickets to events. This is possible through promoters’ donations and with the addition of DDP’s contributions, those eligible can now attend the company’s events for free. If you’ve ever wanted to stop by one of the most remote parties on the planet, look no further than this boutique pop-up nightclub experience in Iceland. With support from Reyka Vodka and Visit Iceland, Detour Discotheque will open its doors on April 29th and 30th, 2022 in Þingeyri, located in Iceland’s Westfjords region. The new venue will reportedly take inspiration from the classic New York clubs of the 70s and 80s, offering an intimate, nostalgic experience tucked in a small Icelandic town. Look Inside Float Dubai, the World’s Largest Floating Nightclub

When the Queen Elizabeth 2 first set sail in 1967, the ocean liner was commissioned for world cruises and was later transitioned into a shorter distance vessel. After being acquired by Dubai’s royal family in 2008, it has now been transformed into the world’s largest floating nightclub.  Aptly named Float Dubai, the nautical nightclub is the pinnacle of chic. Located in the commercial port of Rashid, the new club can host 1,000 attendees at a time. This exceeds the onboard hotel’s capacity, as it only has 216 rooms. EDC Orlando 2021 Will Feature Three Unique Drone Shows

“Under the electric sky” has been the mantra of EDC for as long as we can remember. But this year, the iconic music festival brand has made it literal. After dazzling the EDC faithful with a spectacular drone show in Las Vegas last month, Insomniac will now sweeten the pot at the 2021 edition of EDC Orlando. According to a press release shared with EDM.com, each of the festival’s three days will feature a unique show, where hundreds of iridescent drones coalesce in the night sky.
