Insomniac Announces Lineup for First-Ever Lost In Dreams Music Festival in Las Vegas
Earlier this year, EDC promoter Insomniac debuted its new electronic music record label and festival experience, Lost In Dreams. The brand launched as a dedicated one-stop-shop for all things future bass, melodic dubstep, and electronic-pop music with music from from Kaivon, Crystal Skies, and Haywyre, among others. Lost In Dreams will now go from URL to IRL after announcing its inaugural music festival, which will take over the Downtown Las Vegas Center this fall across two days, September 4th and 5th. Coachella Announces 2022 Festival Dates
After multiple postponements due to the impact of COVID-19, Coachella will officially make its return to California in 2022. Organizers shared the news on Instagram today, announcing that Coachella has now been scheduled over two weekends next year: April 15-17 and 22-24. The announcement arrives after a tumultuous period for the iconic Indio music and arts festival, whose organizers were forced to cancel outright for the first time in 20 years back in June 2020. Citing the uncertainty of the pandemic, they eventually abandoned the fest’s planned October 2021 dates, marking its fourth postponement due to the impact of the virus. As the stateside live music scene picks up the pieces of a lost year, Eric Prydz seems to be returning as hungry as ever. The iconic DJ and progressive house producer has announced an upcoming outdoor concert in Los Angeles with fabled event brand Factory 93, known for their iconic warehouse parties in the City of Angels. The announcement arrives less than two weeks after Prydz shared the news of his impending New York City takeover, a four-date Brooklyn warehouse run split between two weekends in November and December, respectively.
