teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi is set to open its door to the public within the city’s Saadiyat Cultural District.Spanning 17,000 square meters of space, the new museum explores the artworks as phenomena that stem from their environments. Every installation is thoughtfully conceptualized to invite and immerse visitors in the artworks’ collective existence, thus allowing them to assimilate with the surroundings.Underscoring the interconnectedness of existence and the environment, the concept of "environmental phenomena" also suggests that existence is not tied to matter, but rather to elements like air, water and light transformed by their surroundings.
