‘Sonic Frontiers’ Will Add New Modes, Story and Playable Characters in 2023
As revealed by Sega, the 2023 content roadmap for Sonic Frontiers indicates three updates for the year, which includes exciting new gaming modes, additional playable characters, and a story expansion. According to the Twitter announcement, the first update will introduce features such as Jukebox and Photo mode for players to enhance their experience in the Sonic realm. New Challenge Modes will also be implemented to give seasoned players more levels to explore. The second update will feature Sonic’s Birthday, Open Zone Challenges as well a new Koco to collect. Blockchain gaming is only four years old — a toddler compared to the rest of the industry. It has a lot of growing up to do, particularly when it comes to play-to-earn games. I’m a 28-year game industry veteran. I’ve produced 32 titles in that period of time on everything from Sega Genesis to Oculus Rift. Some of them were great. Many were forgettable. The latest trailer of Square Enix’s Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion previews the story and voice cast for the remastered game. First released in 2007, the original PSP game was introduced as a prequel to 1997’s Final Fantasy VII. The upcoming remastered game not only receives a significant glow-up on its visuals and graphics, it will also be fully voiced in English and Japanese. As confirmed by Square Enix, the English version will have Britt Baron and Caleb Pierce reprising their roles as Tifa and Zack Fair.
