HHW Gaming: Latest Apple OS Update Allows Support For Nintendo’s Classic Game Controllers

Developer Steve Troughton-Smith shared a video of himself using SNES Classic Controller, and MacStories also confirmed the news. Per The Verge, Nintendo’s modern N64 controller also works with Apple devices using macOS 13, iOS 16, and tvOS 16. It’s unclear if the Sega Genesis controller works with Apple devices following the update, but it would be a safe bet to assume t they do. A new study focusing on adolescent brain functions shows that kids who play video games seem to have better memory and control over their motor skills than kids who don’t pick up the sticks. While the study also does state that video game playing might not be the reason for the differences in brain functions, it doesn’t dismiss the idea of gamers performing better on some tests of brain functions. Netflix Shares Plans To Develop Cloud Gaming Service

Over the past year, Netflix has slowly been rolling out mobile games to its app, but now, the streamer is looking to dive deeper into gaming by launching an entire cloud gaming service for PCs and TVs.
