Square Enix Unveils the Second Chapter of the ‘Final Fantasy VII Remake’ Trilogy

In celebration of the 25th-anniversary of the very original Final Fantasy VII, Square Enix has now unveiled part two of the Remake trilogy. Titled Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, the upcoming chapter will pick up where the first installment from 2020, finally giving fans a follow-up to the massive cliffhanger the game ended on. PS5 Update Introduces TikTok-Like Game Clip Editor “Bits”

Sony introduced a new editing mode on the PS5‘s Share Factory Studio, allowing users to quickly edit and create short-form gameplay videos with pre-set formats like TikTok. Sony wrote in a blog post explaining the new feature, calling it “Bits,” in which the new editing feature allows gamers to curate a bit style for their gameplay clip. ‘Overwatch 2’ Goes Free-to-Play and Removes Loot Boxes

Blizzard has now confirmed during its reveal event that Overwatch 2 will go free-to-play when it releases this October. Aside from being a completely free title, the video game developer has finally decided to remove loot boxes, instead opting for what it calls “an all-new and consistently updated in-game shop” where you’ll be able to buy everything from skins to emotes to sprays.
