This is our first time. It’s like painting a painting or writing a book. When somebody says, ‘When is it gonna be finished?’ You’re in the middle of it; you don’t know.” Advertisement Related Video KISS had originally circled July 17th, 2021 as the date of their final concert — plans that were upheaved by the pandemic. After their itinerary was shifted around, Paul Stanley said that the farewell tour would lik...

While Carell was on the Tonight Show to promote his new movie Minions: The Rise of Gru, Fallon busted out side-by-side images of The Office star and the veteran shock rocker, clearly displaying the uncanny resemblance. The late-night host wondered if Carell ever met the rock legend, and it turns out he did. “I met Alice Cooper,” responded Carell. “I waited on him when I was working in Chicago, when I was waiting tables. Tommy Lee’s Wife Reveals How the Drummer Broke His Ribs Leading Up to Mötley Crüe’s Reunion Tour

Tommy Lee surprised fans earlier this month at the kickoff show of Mötley Crüe’s current reunion tour when he exited his drum kit after five songs, telling the audience that he had recently broken four ribs. He’s only been playing three or four songs at each date, with Ozzy Osbourne drummer Tommy Clufetos taking over for the rest of the set each time. Now, we finally know how he broke those ribs leading up to the tour. Lee has been performing a few songs each night against doctor’s orders, with bandmate Nikki Sixx praising the drummer for his efforts. “The fact that Tommy was told by the doctor to not play with 4 broken ribs & he beasted [a portion of] our show is a miracle,” the bassist wrote in a since-deleted tweet. “We are a band and are proud of his strength. Original Alice Cooper Band to Release 2015 Reunion Show Live from the Astroturf

The original Alice Cooper band’s 2015 reunion show, titled Live from the Astroturf, is getting a physical and digital release on September 30th. The October 2015 performance is the stuff of legend and subject of the documentary of the same name. Record store owner and superfan Chris Penn invited the original band — dissolved since 1974 — to play a show at his Good Records in Dallas. It was billed as a book signing by bassist Dennis Dunaway, but the packed store of fans were instead treated to a clandestine reunion gig. Alice Cooper, guitarist Michael Bruce, Dunaway, and drumer Neal Smith were joined on stage by Alice’s current guitarist Ryan Roxie, who was standing in for the late Glen Buxton. The setlist would feature the band’s early ’70s hits such as “No More Mr. Nice Guy,” “I’m Eightee...

Tracii Guns Performs Entire L.A. Guns Concert Inside Backstage Bathroom: Watch

While the rest of L.A. Guns played a gig on an outdoor stage in Plano, Texas, guitarist Tracii Guns performed from inside a backstage bathroom due to a panic disorder. Tracii Guns is rock veteran, having formed L.A. Guns in 1983, not to mention being a member of an early incarnation of Guns N’ Roses with Axl Rose (who himself was a very brief member of L.A. Guns). While he mostly has his panic order under control, the excessive heat in Plano triggered an episode that led to the unique concert setup. “A lot of people know I have a panic disorder,” he wrote on Facebook prior to the Texas gig. “While I have it 95 percent under control, Heat is the remaining trigger and I simply cannot play in the heat. BUT!!! We have found a solution for today’s show I will be playing in a comfy bathroom dire...

Toyah Willcox keeps coming up with new eye-catching outfits, or lack thereof, for her “Sunday Lunch” performances with husband Robert Fripp. In the very colorful latest edition of the weekly series, Toyah wears nothing but gold leaf while pouring paint on herself as she sings Foo Fighters’ “All My Life.” As King Crimson guitarist Fripp plays the recognizable riff from Foo Fighters’ hit off 2002’s One by One, Toyah starts squirting paint on her gold-leafed chest, never missing a beat as she sings the song’s verse and chorus. Coincidentally, Robert and Toyah’s “All My Life” performance comes on the same weekend that Dave Grohl joined Paul McCartney onstage at the UK’s Glastonbury festival, marking the first time the Foo Fighters frontman has performed live since the tragic passing of drummer...
