Huawei and TPAY have partnered to make it easier for content developers to monetise their apps on Huawei Mobile Services (HMS). This collaboration is expected to allow local MEA developers to fully utilise HMS’s In-App-Purchase (IAP) kit through TPAY’s direct carrier billing (DCB) service.
