NYC Cracking Down On “Gray Market” Cannabis Shops
An inspection of a cannabis club in New York City shows the city & state's increased efforts to crack down on unlicensed cannabis shops within the past couple of months. The new measure calls for those "gray market" shops to cease illegal practices such as "concierge services" that require members to pay for access to a cannabis supply.
