Cole was interested in pursuing a career in the NBA, it’s starting to look like the North Carolina rapper will get his chance at having an official rookie card as the Detroit Pistons have opened the door for J. Cole to make their team roster. Earlier this week Master P revealed that J. Cole approached him for advice on how to get himself in consideration to make a professional team, and yesterday the Detroit Pistons took to Twitter to extend an invitation to the “Wet Dreamz” rapper while demonstrating how his name would look in a Pistons jersey. “@JColeNC we see you out here. During an interview with TMZ Sports, the New Orleans-bred mogul revealed that J. Cole still has aspirations of playing in the NBA and has reportedly been in training to build up his skill and stamina to play at the professional level, before adding that he had a long conversation with the Dreamville head about moving into the league. “I said to get one of these NBA jerseys, it’s not gonna be easy,” Master P said of the conversation with Cole. “It’s gonna be a lot of hate, it’s gonna be a lot of people not believing in you but you know J. Clip Leaks Of Master P, Romeo Beefing With ‘Growing Up Hip Hop’ Producers

In a recently unveiled clip from TMZ, the moment that inspired Romeo to split from the show was revealed and it involved Angela Simmons as well. TMZ exclusively obtained a copy of the clip with Master P and Romeo getting into it with producers of the popular unscripted series. According to the footage, P felt that the producers tried to twist the storyline for sensationalism and create a storyline between him and Simmons but the No Limit boss pushed back.
