Accompanying the visual is a 13-song soundtrack, said to be the first-ever INXS-specific project between Petrol Records and UMe. Original Sin takes its name from the Australian new wave band’s 1984 song, produced by Nile Rodgers, and is the final project from the late Chris “CM” Murphy, INXS’s longtime executive producer and champion. Murphy managed the rockers from 1979 until 1995 and again in the 2000s, and oversaw a string of successful campaigns that breathed new life into their profile and catalog. One of Miranda’s new songs is featured in the trailer, and it characteristically blends folk-music elements with a bright beat easy to dance to, as well as lyrics vocalizing the film’s title and its setting in Colombia. She hands out candy while dressed in a white, battle-worn stealth suit minutes after stepping off the set of a multi-million dollar Marvel blockbuster film. “They’re minis! Go on, have one! Bob Dylan Film ‘Odd and Ends’ Sets Digital Release From Sony Music Entertainment

Dylan completists have seen much of this material in other forms but for the less indoctrinated, there are nuggets to be mined, such as from Paris in 1966 when Dylan – in his skinny-suit glory – faces a hostile audience that feels he’s betrayed his folk roots by going electric, spending an inordinate amount of time tuning his guitar during the acoustic half of the show. “You see, my electric guitar never goes out of tune,” he says to the booing throng, dripping with sarcasm. Also being released simultaneously in newly packaged form are four concert films: Bob Dylan: Trouble No More – A Musical Film; The Other Side Of The Mirror: Bob Dylan Live At The Newport Folk Festival 1963-1965, Bob Dylan: The 30th Anniversary Concert Celebration, and Bob Dylan: ...
