It’s a rarity getting a glimpse of the men of Daft Punk underneath their iconic helmets, but that’s exactly what they’ve offered after unearthing rare footage from a 1997 performance. The clip, which was uploaded to Daft Punk’s YouTube channel, showcases Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo performing live at the Mayan Theater in Los Angeles during a performance going back decades in the archives—all the way back to 1997. Pop Smoke Mural Vandalized In Brooklyn

The mural which is located in Pop Smoke’s old stomping grounds of Canarsie, Brooklyn, was found violated as someone wrote “Woo K” next to the original piece. Though it’s not known why someone would write that next to the mural, some feel that “Woo K” may mean “Woo Killer” which at this point is open to interpretation as to whether it’s a sign of respect or disrespect. Rodarte, the Los Angeles fashion brand founded by sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy, has once again enlisted a slate of artists to model its latest clothing line, including Joanna Newsom, Paramore’s Hayley Williams, Japanese Breakfast’s Michelle Zauner, Kilo Kish, and Maggie Rogers. Dubbed “friends of Rodarte,” the musicians showcased the fashion brand’s PS23 collection through photographs of them wearing the dresses at home.
