Richard Karn Announces NFT, Immediately Changes Mind

Home Improvement star Richard Karn has been working on himself. Just two days after he announced a new line of NFTs — that’s non-fungible tokens, the latest environment-killing crypto craze — he did an abrupt about-face, and declared that these tokens can get the fung out of here. On January 2nd, the actor teased an “Exclusive NFT Drop” with crypto company Superfandom. Rather than the typical badly-drawn apes, these options included a phone call with Karn, a golf session with Karn, or even hiring him to be in your own movie. Two days later, however, he backtracked, tweeting, “I’ve thought long and hard about NFT’s and I’ve decided it’s not something I need to do.” The original NFT announcement tweet has since been deleted. Karn didn’t explain why he suddenly backed out of the dea...

Gal Gadot Finally Expresses a Speck of Regret Over “Imagine” Cover: “It Was In Poor Taste”

At last, Gal Gadot has confessed what we’ve always known to be true: That “Imagine” cover was an absolute nightmare. As we approach the second anniversary of the infamous clip — in which Gadot and her A-list pals attempted to sing the John Lennon hit — the actress finally publicly expressed some regret, admitting that it was “in poor taste.” “I was calling Kristen [Wiig] and I was like, ‘Listen, I want to do this thing,’” Gadot told InStyle of her thought process behind the viral clip, which was immediately mocked on social media. “The pandemic was in Europe and Israel before it came here [to the US] in the same way. I was seeing where everything was headed. But [the video] was premature. It wasn’t the right timing, and it wasn’t the right thing. It was in poor taste. All pure intent...

Travis Barker Turns Adele’s “Easy on Me” Into Hard-Rock Anthem with Thunderous Drum Cover: Watch

Travis Barker has delivered a thunderous drum cover of Adele’s recent chart-topping single “Easy on Me,” turning the heart-wrenching ballad into a hard-rocking anthem. The Blink-182 stickman posted a 30-second clip of himself on Instagram going full bore on his kit as the original song plays in the background. Barker’s take on the tune may turn some fans of heavy music onto the song, if they hadn’t already been lured in by Adele’s mesmerizing vocals. Sporting a Napalm Death shirt, Barker channels The Muppets’ Animal as he beats the hell out of his drums, all timed perfectly to the tune’s chorus. The performance earned Barker a heart emoji from his new fiancée, Kourtney Kardashian, as well as lots of fire emojis from other commenters. Elmo Reignites Beef with Rocco After Old Clips Go Viral

Tensions between Elmo and Rocco the Rock have reached unprecedented levels. After old clips of the bitter rivals blew up on Twitter earlier this week, that Little Red Menace is reigniting the drama. For the uninitiated, Rocco is Zoe’s pet rock. Zoe and Rocco are best friends — so much so that she brings Rocco everywhere, and expects everyone to just play along with her one-sided friendship. But Elmo won’t have it. Ever since 1999, when Rocco first appeared on Sesame Street, Elmo’s been the only one to realize that he is, in fact, a rock, and not a person. The gaslighting that ensues is despicable. “Rocks can’t play! Rocco didn’t even move!,” Elmo insists in one clip, when Zoe tries to force Rocco’s way into the Elmo-Gabi-Zoe friend group. “Sure he did! You were just too busy...
