Angela Yee Shares ’The Breakfast Club’ Memories, Plans For New Syndicated Show

Angela Yee has officially exited “the World’s Most Dangerous Morning Show,” and is no longer a part of The Breakfast Club after 12 years. Jay-Z Put Up $1.5 Billion to Buy Bacardi’s Share of D’USSE Cognac

According to court documents, the artist born Shawn Carter attempted to purchase Bacardi’s stake in the brand for a reported $1.5 billion. Jay-Z and the battle over D’USSE made waves earlier in the year after it went wide that the rapper and mogul sued Bacardi this past October alleging that the company failed to be transparent about its finances in connection with the cognac brand. Digital Music News shared in a report that unsealed court documents reveal that Jay-Z’s SC Liquor company offered to buy Bacardi’s share of D’USSE. UK Rapper Pa Salieu Sentenced to 33 Months in Prison

The British rapper Pa Salieu has been sentenced to 33 months in prison, BBC News reports. The musician had been convicted of violent disorder and possessing a bottle as an offensive weapon, stemming from a 2018 incident. Salieu was cleared of a second count of violent disorder. According to prosecutors, Salieu took part in a fight that occurred outside Coventry’s Club M after Salieu’s friend Fidel “AP” Glasgow was stabbed to death at age 21. During the fight, he apparently used a bottle and a tree branch to attack a 23-year-old man. Salieu—who is now 25 years old and was 21 at the time of the incident—was one of nine men charged in connection with the fight. Suspected Killer of Migos’ Takeoff Arrested

A 33-year-old man named Patrick Xavier Clark has been arrested for the murder of Migos’ Takeoff, who was shot and killed early in the morning of Tuesday, November 1, in Houston, Texas. A second man, 22-year-old Cameron Joseph, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a weapon. At a press conference today, Sgt. Michael Burrow of the Houston Police Department said the shooting was preceded by an argument that happened outside of 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston. The sergeant said that Takeoff “was an innocent bystander.” A memorial service for Takeoff took place on November 11 at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. Quavo and Offset, have since shared emotional tributes to their late Migos bandmate and relative.
