Ariel Zetina—the Chicago-based DJ, producr, and writer—has announced her debut album, Cyclorama, with a new song called “Have You Ever” (featuring Cae Monāe). Floating Points is back with another new song. “Problems” is the third solo single from the producer this year, following “Grammar” and “Vocoder.” Watch the visual for the new track below. Diplo Wins Ruling Against Woman in Revenge Porn Case

Diplo has won a ruling in a case against a woman he says harassed him after a sexual relationship that ended in 2020, TMZ reports and Pitchfork can confirm. Diplo had demanded an arbitration hearing against the woman, accusing her of violating a dual restraining order agreement that the pair signed in January 2021. In the new ruling, an arbitrator who considered both sets of arguments sided with Diplo, recommended that the Los Angeles Superior Court award him more than $1.2 million in fees, damages, costs, and expenses. Back in November 2020, the woman secured a temporary restraining order against Diplo; the following month, Diplo obtained a temporary restraining order against her.
