Nirvana has recorded its latest victory at court in the case against Spencer Elden, the baby photographed for the band’s Nevermind album cover. The lawsuit had been dismissed once already back in January this year when Elden’s legal team failed to respect a deadline, but Judge Fernando M. Olguin allowed the plaintiffs an opportunity to refile, which it quickly did within the same month. Despite managing to take the case to trial, Elden nonetheless suffered a loss against Nirvana. Key to the decision in favor of the iconic brand is Judge Olguin’s statement that Elden had failed to file a suit during the 10-year statute of limitations. Most notably, Elden’s legal team had failed to address the concerns over the statute of limitations even in its latest refiling, and Judge Olguin decided that...

[Editor’s note: The following contains spoilers for House of the Dragon, Season 1 Episode 3, “Second of His Name.”] Game of Thrones was a show that became famous for the shades of grey to be found in its heroes and villains alike, and so far the prequel series House of the Dragon has shown every indication of following in that proud tradition. Thus, Consequence is happy to introduce Who’s the Worst Person in Westeros, a weekly ranking of House of the Dragon‘s most important characters, and just how unsavory they ended up being each week. Everyone on screen, including dragons, is eligible for this list (though expect the show’s series regulars to be heavily featured as we progress). In “Second of His Name,” we go on arguably the worst family road trip since that Vacation remake where Chris ...

In an interview with Pitchfork last year when Bronson’s song debuted on AEW television, Hook and Bronson revealed that the two had trained in the ring together. “I got in the ring with Hook, did a couple moves—it was beautiful,” Bronson said. Both men were cagey about whether or not the rapper was a member of Hook’s former wrestling stable Team Taz. “Hey, listen, I can’t talk about that ...
