Snap and Live Nation to Launch Augmented Reality Experiences at EDC Las Vegas

Snapchat and Live Nation have teamed up to create a series of custom concert experiences in the world of augmented reality, starting with EDC Las Vegas later this month. After inking the high-profile partnership, Snap and Live Nation will work together on AR content for over a dozen music festivals in 2022, including Austin City Limits, Beyond Wonderland, Bonnaroo, Day Trip, Lollapalooza, Rolling Loud, Governors Ball and more. With less than one month until EDC Las Vegas, Insomniac has announced the stage-by-stage lineups for the 2022 festival, which is set to take place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway May 20-22. Each year Insomniac unveils an enormous lineup for EDC Las Vegas, where over 200 artists perform across eight stages throughout the weekend. This year, a number of those artists will take to a brand new, ninth stage called bionicJUNGLE, which will focus on house music. EDC Las Vegas‘ new stage, bionicJUNGLE, will be a cool addition to one of the hottest festivals in the world. The announcement comes weeks ahead of the 2022 iteration of EDC Las Vegas. The new stage will be located between neonGARDEN and Polygon Park, and it will feature DJs playing various sub-genres of house music.
