Major Lazer Drop Long-Awaited “Titans” Collab With Sia and Labrinth
Major Lazor and Diplo’s long-awaited collaboration with Sia and Labrinth has finally arrived. Since confirming the 2021 release of “Titans” back in October, fans have been eagerly waiting for the mega-collaboration to drop. While Diplo and Sia have worked together and remained close collaborators and friends over the years, the two teamed up with multiplatinum singer-songwriter and producer Labrinth to form the supergroup LSD, dropping powerhouse singles throughout 2018 before their self-titled 2019 debut EP. After a year full of teasing, “Titans” has arrived on the deluxe edition of the group’s latest album, Music Is The Weapon. REZZ is giving fans a look inside her mind with the release of a new sci-fi-inspired horror video for her collaboration with PVRIS, “Sacrificial.” Soundtracked by the duo’s chilling downtempo sound, the video shows an astronaut exploring a distant planet. As one would expect from Space Mom, the astronaut’s adventure becomes more chaotic as the song’s intensity magnifies. Slushii has paid tribute to one of the biggest anime shows out there with a new dubstep remix of Attack on Titan‘s current theme song. Originally recorded by the Japanese rock group Shinsei Kamattechan, “My War” took over as the theme of the show on the premiere of its fourth and final season late last year. Leaving the iconic, catchy vocals from the beginning of the original largely intact, Slushii, an overt anime and manga fan, eases listeners into the rework.
