Lil Uzi Vert Drops New Track “Hittin My Shoulder”

Lil Uzi Vert‘s SoundCloud is on fire — after dropping two new singles on the platform earlier this week, the Philly-bred rapper is bolstering their heat streak with a third cut, “Hittin My Shoulder,” produced by Dun Deal. “Hold up, like, ‘Hold up, my pockets are swoller’,” they rap on the track. “Fuckin’ yo’ bitch and I’m hittin’ my shoulder … And she got work, in her hair, she got rollers/Money got longer, my diamonds got colder.” Based on the track’s cover art, “Hittin My Shoulder” will likely appear on Uzi’s forthcoming Red & White EP, which they announced on Instagram last week. In a recent interview with E! News’ Daily Pop, Usher was asked whether or not he could corroborate the rumors that he will be battling against Chris Brown, Ne-Yo or Trey Songz in a future VERZUZ battle. Usher appears to agree that these options would be viable opponents for him if he were to do a VERZUZ battle, however, there does not seem to be one in the works. Denzel Curry stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform his track, “Walkin.” The track appears is from Curry’s fifth studio album, Melt My Eyez See Your Future, which was released this past March with features from T-Pain, Robert Glasper, Rico Nasty, 6LACK and more. Restraining Order Against Ricky Martin Dismissed After Accuser Withdraws Request

A judge has dismissed a temporary restraining order against Ricky Martin after his accuser reportedly withdrew the request. Martin’s accuser, identified as the singer’s 21-year-old nephew Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, was initially granted the restraining order on July 2nd. Sanchez claimed that he and Martin had been in a seven-month romantic relationship. Martin allegedly refused to accept their breakup and was found loitering outside of Sanchez’s home on three different occasions. Sanchez also accused Martin of physical and psychological abuse. The trial of R. Kelly’s manager opened Tuesday (July 19) on charges that he forced the cancellation of a screening of a documentary about the singer’s sexual abuse of women and girls by calling in a threat to the crowded Manhattan theater. Assistant U.S. Attorney Lara Pomerantz told jurors that Donnell Russell made a terrifying brief phone call in December 2018 from his Chicago home to the theater, claiming that someone with a gun was planning to fire on the crowd watching Lifetime’s “Surviving R.
