Kendrick Lamar‘s highly-anticipated project, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, could be releasing as a double album. Updating his Oklama website with a black-colored folder icon entitled “master,” the artist uploaded a photo of what seems like a book bearing his name and the album title, along with two “MASTER COPY” CDs individually labelled “STEPPERS” and “MORALE.” K-Dot did not confirm whether the speculations of the double album or the book were correct, however, leaving fans to wait for either an official announcement or the release day. After 24 years away, Black Star have made a long-awaited comeback. The duo of Talib Kweli and Yasiin Bey (f.k.a. Mos Def) return today with No Fear of Time, their new album produced entirely by Madlib. It’s the follow-up to their 1998 classic Mos Def and Talib Kweli Are Black Star, and it’s streaming exclusively on the Luminary podcast network.
