Trixie Mattel Serves Up New Single “C’mon Loretta”: Stream

Game, set, match. Trixie Mattel has released her new single “C’mon Loretta” along with its charming tennis-themed music video. Watch it below. “You took the dizzy road to love/ All in, worse or for better/ Here we go again, c’mon Loretta,” Mattel sings on the buzzy ode to country great Loretta Lynn. “Singin’ songs ’bout runnin’ the show/ But your heart’ll never let him go.” Meanwhile, the campy visual finds the drag queen perfecting her serve in a game of tennis loosely inspired by Billie Jean King’s “Battle of the Sexes” match against Bobby Riggs in 1973 — though that famous exhibition didn’t quite end in death by a flaming overhead shot. Here Are the Lyrics to Lil Tjay’s ‘In My Head’

If the lyrics of Lil Tjay‘s “In My Head” are already stuck in your head, even though the song was just released this month, there’s a good reason for that. The new song interpolates Iyaz‘s 2009 Billboard Hot 100 No. 2 hit “Replay” — even referencing the generation-defining iPod, even though most people just listen to music through their iPhones now. Lil Tjay’s song makes its Hot 100 debut straight into the top 40 this week, at No. 33, so there’s no telling whether the song could match (or surpass) its predecessor’s No. 2 peak. Tjay previously climbed as high as No. 3 with “Calling My Phone,” featuring 6LACK. Below, find the full lyrics, including that part that feels like it’s “stuck on replay.” Shawty’s like a melody in my headThat I can’t keep out, got me singin’ likeNa-na-na-na, everyda...

In a literal sense, I tried to capture that feeling of longing in the lyrics of the song.” Explore Explore See latest videos, charts and new...

Here Are the Lyrics to Harry Styles’ ‘As It Was’

Sometimes, there comes a point in a relationship where you have to acknowledge: It’s no longer the same as it was. In Harry Styles‘ blockbuster new single “As It Was” — which flew straight to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 — the singer/songwriter seems to be reflecting on himself and on a partnership that has evolved beyond its early stages. Before Styles hits the stage Friday night (April 15) on day 1 of Coachella for his very first gig at the Indio, Calif., festival, take a closer look at the lyrics for the lead single from his upcoming Harry’s House album, arriving May 20. Bop Shop: Songs From Camila Cabello And Willow, Sophia Bel, Onew, And More

With spring officially in bloom, SHINee’s Onew makes his comeback with “Dice,” a song that feels like wind in your hair and sunshine on your skin. The title track of his sophomore solo EP, it combines a retro, synth-heavy melody with allusive lyrics describing the gamble of love. It’s accompanied by a whimsical, flamboyant visual featuring background actors in mint-green masks, hotel restaurants filled with an array of yellow florals, and of course, a handful of bright blue dice, making it one of Onew’s most unique works to date. As the reigning “princes of K-pop,” the members of SHINee consistently push the boundaries of what is expected of men in the industry, setting a precedent in concept and style. As the group’s oldest member, Onew leads the pack. —Sarina Bhutani You Deserve to Make ...

The Crane Family Digs Seattle Rock in Viral “Grunge Frasier” Clip: Watch

Do you think Dr. Frasier Crane ever listened to Pearl Jam? He lived in Seattle in the ’90s, after all. That’s the premise of a parody clip that went viral on Twitter this week, in which comedian Jon Blair imagines the Fraiser cast as hip (well, sort of) to the local music scene. Complete with a fuzzy guitar cover of the opening theme “Tossed Salad and Scrambled Eggs” (ripped by RJ Satchithananthan), the video begins with Fraiser announcing his plans to see Pearl Jam, “the great cultural crown jewel of Seattle,” live in concert. This proclamation paves the way for the gang to name-drop the grunge Big Four: Niles is a Soundgarden fan, while Martin mistakes Layne Staley for a woman named Allison (get it?). Elsewhere, the eldest Crane suggests his son get into Stone Temple Pilots instead,...
