LL Cool J’s hip-hop music festival Rock the Bells will return this August. Hosted at the Forest Hills Stadium in LL’s hometown of Queens, the event will embrace hip-hop culture through live performances, art exhibits and interactive experiences. Kanye West has pulled out of his headlining appearance at Coachella, according to a source via Variety. Ye was slated to perform on the closing night of the two-weekend festival, which is scheduled to take place from April 15 to 17 and April 22 to 24.
