Before its release on March 18th, she’s sharing another new single today called “Beg for You,” which features guest vocals from fellow pop experimentalist Rina Sawayama and interpolates Swedish singer September’s 2005 hit, “Cry for You.” Like the house anthem it samples, “Beg for You” is a rush of Eurodance bliss. Hot off the heels of trolling the Internet by posting a Jordan Brand logo on his Instagram and debuting his official cover for SLAM magazine, Kanye West has now announced that his forthcoming record DONDA 2 is slated to drop on February 22, 2022. The one who is now referred to as Ye took to social media to make the announcement by uploading an image of his re-created childhood home seen at the artist’s Chicago DONDA listening party, but in billboard form with the record’s release date in the foreground. Nicki Minaj and Lil Baby have announced that they are releasing a new single next week. The track is scheduled to debut on February 4 alongside an accompanying music video. Both artists took to social media to share the news, writing, “DO WE HAVE A PROBLEM!? BABY X BARBIE.” Minaj has not dropped a full-length project since Queen in 2018, though she did put out an extended version of her Beam Me Up Scotty mixtape with several bonus singles in 2021. FKA twigs has unveiled the new visuals for her track “Jealous” feat. Rema. The song is featured in the artist’s current Caprisongs mixtape which was released earlier this month on January 14. The British vocalist throws it back to the vintage ’80s era with the visuals. The video is directed by Aidan Zamiri and is choreographed by the artist’s longtime collaborator Kash Powell. While audiences can see FKA twigs singing along to the track, a group of dancers performs a choreographed routine in front of a white background.
