Clutch to Embark on 2022 North American Tour with Eyehategod, The Sword, and More

Clutch have announced an extensive Spring 2022 North American tour with support from Eyehategod and The Sword on select dates. The trek is split into two legs. The first part launches March 18th in Birmingham, Alabama, and runs through an April 10th date in Joliet, Illinois. Eyehategod and Tigercub will support these shows. After a break, Clutch will return to the road with The Sword and Nate Bergman for the second leg of the tour, kicking off April 27th in Burlington, Vermont, and running through May 22nd in Richmond, Virginia. All tickets go on sale Friday (January 21st) and can be purchased via Ticketmaster. Once Twice Melody marks Beach House’s first full-length in four years, following 2018’s 7. Vic Mensa has been released from custody after he was reportedly busted at Washington, D.C.’s Dulles International Airport with a stash of LSD and a variety of psychedelic mushrooms. JAY-Z, Meek Mill and More Team Up To Prevent Lawmakers From Using Rappers’ Lyrics as Submission of Guilt

Some of hip-hop’s biggest names have banded together to push for lawmakers to stop using rappers’ own lyrics against them in court to prove guilt during criminal trials. In a recent report from the Rolling Stone, JAY-Z, Meek Mill, Big Sean, Fat Joe are amongst those who are backing a proposed New York bill titled “Rap Music on Trial.” The letter penned to New York Governor Kathy Hochul, called to pass the legislation before it makes its way to the Senate Codes Committee. Hov’s lawyer Alex Spiro shared in a statement, “This is an issue that’s important to [JAY-Z] and all the other artists that have come together to try to bring about this change.
