The project, which she announced last month, is her first collection of new material since her 2020 sophomore LP, The Greatest Part, which earned her Artist of the Month honors and placement on our best albums of 2020 list. Coachella Being Pushed Back to 2022: Report
Once again, the Coachella Music and Arts Festival is being pushed back. Following three separate postponements due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the California festival and its sister event Stagecoach Country are reportedly set to return in April 2022. Like every year prior, Coachella was initially scheduled to go down in spring of 2020, but was optimistically pushed back to October once the coronavirus entered the fray. Those fall dates obviously didn’t happen, so the fest was briefly pushed back again until April of 2021 — and then nixed again earlier this year. However, the lineup has now been tweaked a bit as the San Francisco music festival has shifted to Halloween weekend — October 29th-31st — adding some acts and removing others. Originally targeting August 6th-8th, Outside Lands’ previously billed performers The 1975, Beach House, Polo & Pan, Big Thief, Parcels, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, The Beths, and a handful of others won’t make the transition to the new dates.
