TroyBoi Drops Sultry New Single “Inspirado En Mexico” While in Los Cabos
Arriving early for his headlining gig at Beach House this weekend, TroyBoi had some downtime to take in the culture while staying in Cabo Son Lucas, Mexico. In a matter of days, the global trap luminary was inspired from his travels and produced a brand new track infused with a sultry Latin flair. Titled “Inspirado En Mexico,” the exotic tune opens with sensual strumming on a Flamenco guitar, accented with a melodic maraca to maintain the beat. K.Flay has shared “TGIF,” a tune that features none other than Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello on guitar and lyrically critiques society’s “working for the weekend” mentality. Bono Releases New Song ‘Eden: To Find Love’ for Citizen Penn Film
U2 frontman Bono takes a solo spin with his vocals on “Eden: To Find Love,” a song co-written and produced by Linda Perry. It’s the only artist-driven tune on the soundtrack of Citizen Penn, a film about Sean Penn’s organization J/PHRO (now CORE) in the wake of the 2010 Haiti Earthquake. Perry, of 4 Non Blondes fame, scored the soundtrack, which comes out via Lakeshore Records on May 21.
