Gift of Gab, who set a new standard for tongue-twisting lyricism as part of hip-hop duo Blackalicious, has died at 50. The artist also known as Timothy J. Parker passed away on June 18th. His exact cause of death has not been released publicly, though a statement from his family and crew noted that he had been diagnosed with kidney failure in 2014. He was undergoing dialysis three to four times a week even while on tour, and successfully received a new kidney in 2020. Born October 7th, 1971, Gift of Gab became a fixture in the Sacramento rap scene in the early 1990s. Mustang Mach-E GT’s 270-Mile Range Beats Initial Estimates by a Lot
Initially, the Blue Oval estimated the driving ranges for the Mustang Mach-E GT and Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition would come in at 250 miles and 235 miles, respectively. Now, however, the Mach-E GT is estimated by the EPA to go 270 miles on a full charge of its battery pack, while the GT Performance Edition nets 260 miles. Ford says the Mach-E GT Performance Edition, equipped with Pirelli summer tires and magnetic dampers, can make a run from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds. The Performance Edition generates 480 hp and 634 lb-ft of torque and has a starting price of $66,000. With the same horsepower output but slightly less torque, the Mach-E GT, which starts at $61,000, will reach 60 mph from a standstill in 3.8 seconds.
