After taking a little break from aweing the world with her drum covers, Nandi Bushell has been on a hot streak lately. After absolutely crushing Slipknot’s “Duality” (in a Jay Weinberg mask no less) a few weeks ago, the 11-year-old wunderkind shared a cover of Linkin Park’s “Numb” on Twitter. “I discovered @linkinpark [this] week!” she captioned the post. “So many great songs! Tycho Teases New Curated Music Festival
Tycho has teased the announcement of a new curated festival. Currently slated to perform at Red Rocks and North Coast Music Festival this July and September, respectively, Tycho’s upcoming fest will be the first time he has tried his hand at running his own large-scale event. In addition to the music festival, the two-time Grammy nominee also divulged an upcoming “TYCHO : ISO50” show at Brooklyn Mirage. The set debuted last week in St. Helena, California with separate sunset and moonrise shows. While attending a court hearing for the charges earlier in the year, it was discovered that Dex violated a protective order and was taken back into custody. TMZ reports that Famous Dex, real name Dexter Tiewon Gore Jr., attended a hearing last week in connection to the charges from March. Pleading not guilty to all the charges listed, the 27-year-old rapper was then told that he violated a protective order stemming from an alleged domestic violence incident from last October.
