Barker already made his love for his girlfriend of four months permanent in April when Kardashian posted on IG that he had gotten her name tattooed on his chest in script. <span class="localtime" data-ltformat="F j, Y | g:ia" data-lttime="2021-05-12T18:20:05+00:00“>May 12, 2021 | 2:20pm ET Shannon and the Clams are back to announce their sixth studio album Year of the Spider. The follow-up to 2018’s Onion drops August 20th, and the Bay Area rockers are heralding its coming with the new song “Midnight Wine”. The Clams recorded Year of the Spider at the Nashville studio of their Easy Eye Sound label boss, Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys. Auerbach has songwriting credits on the album, but if “Midnight Wine” is any indication, the garage quartet has maintained its idiosyncratic approach to genre. Previous releases dipped a toe in punk and doo-wop, but “Midnight Wine” is a straight hit of acid from 1969...
Bob Dylan has rightfully been the subject of tribute concerts, documentaries, fictional films, books and other assorted projects. On May 10, 2022, Dylan will add a new museum dedicated to his life and career to that laundry list. The museum, aptly titled the Bob Dylan Center, is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the city’s arts district, near the Woody Guthrie Center (who is one of Dylan’s primary influences). According to its website, the three-story Center designed by Olson Kundig will contain a “collection of more than 100,000 items spanning Dylan’s career, including handwritten manuscripts, notebooks, and correspondence; films, videos, photographs, and artwork; memorabilia and ephemera; personal documents and effects; unreleased studio and concert recordings; musical instruments,...
HipHopWired Featured Video Source: Robert Kamau / Getty The 2021 class for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has officially been announced and while there are many well-deserving artists you won’t be too familiar with on the list (no shots), there are a few whose music probably gets burn to this day. According to The New York Times, music icons such as Jay-Z, Tina Turner, and LL Cool J, lead the inductees to be enshrined into the walls of the museum in Cleveland, OH. While we expected Jay and Tina to get the votes to make it into the hall, this would mark LL Cool J’s sixth nomination and he once again missed the votes to be immortalized. However, he gets inducted thanks to a music excellence award granted to artists “whose originality and influence creating music have had a dramatic impact on...
As the 2021 edition of Tomorrowland hangs in the balance, the Belgian government has expressed confidence that large music festivals will return this summer. However, the path to Tomorrowland 2021 could prove to be a complex one. Tomorrowland organizers on May 11th shared a statement in reaction to comments made by Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, who asserted in a recent tweet that large festivals should be possible in the second half of the summer. De Croo’s remarks arrived after the Flemish government presented its “Freedom Plan,” a proposal to relax COVID-19 restrictions month by month and reopen various economic sectors. “We are delighted and grateful to hear that the Belgian Government has given a realistic perspective for large ...

The Ford Bronco will wear a few hats: reviving an iconic model, tussling with the Wrangler for off-road-oriented SUV supremacy, headlining a new sub-brand that includes the smaller Bronco Sport. No one expected that brief to include miserly fuel economy, and with the official EPA fuel economy numbers spilling out a little earlier than expected (by way of Bronco Nation, which has a full breakdown of the numbers for all trims), that’s definitely proven out. See all 290 photos Before getting into the numbers, we spoke to a Ford representative, who confirmed the numbers are accurate and are expected to hit the EPA website in the near future. Ford released this statement regarding the fuel economy release: “Bronco brand customers demand the highest-levels of off-road capability and ...
