Just askin.’ On the R&B tip, Anthony Hamilton speaks for all the men who’ve had their hearts broken right before tying the knot and in his clip to “You Made A Fool Of Me” looks back at how his relationship went from the most high to the lowest of lows. Hope he kept the receipt for that engagement ring. Check out the rest of today’s drops including work from ...

The UK’s biggest night of music is a little different this time around; the organization recently changed its nationality requirements, in part due to pressure from longtime UK resident Rina Sawayama. This year’s edition features performances from Dua Lipa, Olivia Rodrigo, The Weeknd with Oneohtrix Point Never, Coldplay, and Arlo Parks, as well as duets from Rag’n’Bone Man and P!nk, Olly Alexander and Elton John, and more. You can watch the performances below. The Weeknd with...

A new reboot with adult contestants that had once been planned for the doomed platform Quibi has found a new home on The CW. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lloyd passed away Tuesday (May 11th) at his home in Los Angeles. Hailing from Brooklyn by-way-of Jersey City, Lloyd began his acting pursuit in his teenage years and secured an apprenticeship at a New York repertory theater. He eventually crossed paths with a young director named Orson Welles, who cast Lloyd in his 1937 stage adaptation of Julius Caesar. But Lloyd famously turned a role in Welles’ follow-up project, the classic 1941 film Citizen Kane. Related...

Either way, it’s fitting that he’s now joining the cast of Rian Johnson‘s upcoming Knives Out sequel. Norton will star alongside returning lead Daniel Craig, who plays the Southern detective Benoit Blanc, and new addition Dave Bautista, who was revealed as a co-star earlier today. Rian Johnson is back to write and direct what is said to be the first of two sequels to his 2019 smash hit Knives Out. Both movies have already been snatched up by Netflix, which reportedly paid $450 m...
See all 14 photos At least that’s what Lotus Managing Director Matt Windle hinted to Automotive News Europe recently. Couched in appropriately coy terms, Windle essentially said that if the price is right, and the buyer is right, the tooling to build the lightweight, mid-engined vehicles could be sold. Don’t read this as a confirmation that any buyers are indeed sniffing around Lotus hoping to make a deal, but consider it a subtle hint that interested parties perhaps should. While our minds jumped right to the latest Lotus partnership announcement for a half second—the supply of “technology” by Lotus to the upstart Radford Motors—which will build a car that is inspired by the classic Type 62 racer. But Radford, historically, was a coachbuilder, upgrading other autom...
We’ll soon be able to travel again, so in case you’re planning your first excursion, we have a suggestion: Go to Europe and buy a new Messerschmitt Kabinenroller! A German outfit called Messerschmitt-Werke has a new, slightly-modernized version of everyone’s favorite mid-century motorcycle-adjacent deathtrap, now with modern gasoline and electric power. The new Messerschmitt is available in two versions, both featuring a fiberglass body over a steel-aluminum honeycomb chassis. The KR-202, shown in the photos, gets a 125-cc single-cylinder fuel-injected engine that produces just over 7 hp. With the help of its CVT automatic transmission, the KR-202 will get the two intrepid adults and one child squeezed into its cabin to a top speed of 56 mph. Such performance is a bit off...

The position will have seven direct reports, including the chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer, a new position filled by Valeisha Butterfield Jones last April. The broad job description does not include a specific mandate that the new CEO has led a large team before, only that the candidate has “a track record of leading through change and driving innovation,” as well as experience in developing revenue streams, and understanding the needs of helming a membership-driven organization. The position reports and “partner[s] closely” with the board of trustees. Much of the description calls for someone who is a big ideas person, using such terms as a “critical thinker” and “culture shaper,” with a “track record and experience holding themselves and team members accountable to evolving...
