With a blue wig and full mermaid costume, the singer dives into her upper register for the cover of Heart’s 1977 hit, as King Crimson founder Fripp and the enigmatic Sidney Jake (sporting a Cannibal Corpse shirt) back her up on guitar. Wayne Coyne Takes CBS Sunday Morning Behind the Scenes of the Flaming Lips’ Space Bubble Concerts

Earlier this year, the Flaming Lips successfully pulled off space bubble concerts in their hometown of Oklahoma City. Now, Wayne Coyne’s giving fans that were unable to attend a behind the scenes look at how the pandemic-safe shows came to be in the latest episode of CBS Sunday Morning. Interestingly (but maybe not surprisingly), Coyne initially came up with the idea in 2019, before the pandemic. While sitting in traffic, the singer sketched out his idea, which was meant to correspond with the release of the band’s latest album American Head. When the pandemic hit, it gave him time to really flesh out the idea and work out the daunting logistics that he admits were “worse than I even thought.” “It sounds hokey but I say you have to do this stuff with love,” Coyne said. “You ...

Meet the Hypothetical 2022 Honda Civic Coupe

So, what if the Honda Civic coupe had survived for 2022? We answered this hypothetical by having some fun with an image of the 2022 Civic sedan and Photoshop. Whereas prior Civic two-door models have sat on stubbier wheelbases than that of its four-door counterpart, we opted to keep our imagined 2022 Civic coupe on the same 107.7-inch wheelbase as the 2022 Civic sedan. We figured doing so might give our theoretical 11th-gen Civic coupe a slightly more rakish roofline. Instead, we inadvertently made a smaller version of the previous-generation Honda Accord coupe (pictured below). With its squared-off headlights, snub nose, and cleaned-up flanks, the latest Civic takes on a mature, almost Accord-like appearance. No surprise, then, that shaving off the rear doors and cutting the roofline...

Marilyn Manson Denies Abuse Allegations From Esme Bianco

The lawsuit alleges that in 2009, Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, flew Bianco to Los Angeles to shoot a video for the song “I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies.” The suit says that Bianco was expected to stay at Manson’s home instead of the hotel where she had been booked, and there was no crew, only Manson himself shooting with a phone.
