Well that didn’t last long. Three days ago on Super Bowl Sunday, Jeep unveiled their new ad “The Middle”, which had the honor of being the first-ever commercial to feature Bruce Springsteen. But after reports emerged this morning that The Boss had been charged with a DWI late last year, Jeep had to throw the whole campaign in reverse. Now, as InsideHook reports, the commercial has been yanked from YouTube and Jeep’s social media pages, and the company seems to be mulling junking the whole thing. On November 14th, Springsteen was arrested in Gateway National Recreation Area and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and consuming alcohol in a closed area. National Park Spokesperson Daphne Yun told the New York Times that, “Springsteen was cooperative throug...
We’re already halfway to the next episode of Saturday Night Live, and old fogies like David Crosby still can’t stop talking about Phoebe Bridgers smashing her guitar at the end of her set on the show last weekend. To (hopefully) quell the criticism once and for all, the songwriter went on CNN to explain why she performed the act that started the dumbest controversy of 2021 to date. “I’ve always wanted to do it, and when I mentioned it to the show, they built me this whole monitor that would look like it was exploding even if I wasn’t hitting it that hard,” Bridgers told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour. “So yeah, [it was] just a bucket list thing.” Earlier this week, the feud heated up when Crosby ripped Bridgers (for no reason) for the incident and she responded in kind. Of course, one...
Source: Bernard Smalls / @PhotosByBeanz83 After an already drama filled back-and-forth in court, Dr. Dre’s pending divorce from his wife Nicole Young just continues to get crazier. After securing a sizable spousal support allowance from the Hip-Hop icon, Nicole Young now wants to speak to three women whom she claims Dr. Dre’s been playing sugar daddy with during their marriage. In documents obtained by TMZ, Mrs. Young wants to sit down with the women for depositions and find out whether or not the “California Love” rapper was spreading a bit too much love on his side-pieces or not. In the docs, Nicole claims the women’s lawyer is trying to delay their depositions until the validity of the prenup is decided … but Nicole wants answers sooner rather than later, because she says it could affec...
U.K. electronic punks The Prodigy, who hit it big back in the ’90s with incendiary singles “Firestarter” and “Smack My Bitch Up,” will be the focus of a forthcoming feature-length music documentary. Tentatively titled The Prodigy, the film is directed by Paul Dugdale, who has done documentaries on Taylor Swift, the Rolling Stones and Adele. The Prodigy’s frontman, Keith Flint, committed suicide in 2019 at the age of 49. “After the devastating passing of our brother Keef in 2019, the time feels right for us to tell the story of our band, all of it, the whole 9,” band members Liam Howlett and Maxim said in a statement. “It’s a story of the chaotic and troubled journey of our gang, our band, the people’s band, The Prodigy. “….Or simply — a story of brothers on a mission to make nois...
A catalog of hundreds of Ford Bronco accessories recently leaked its way onto the internet courtesy of a Bronco enthusiast forum. Now, news of accessory packs for the smaller Bronco Sport has made its way onto the web, too—but this time the announcement comes from Ford itself, all official-like. The five new dealer-installed Bronco Sport accessory packs make heading off the beaten path, storing stuff, or looking cool more convenient. Okay, so the accessories for maximizing storage space and livability aren’t cool in the same sense as, say, stuff designed to bolster the Bronco Sport’s off-road prowess. That said, organization gets some folks going, and these Ford accessories are here for those people. There is the “Bike” accessory pack that’s for, wel...
Lounging in a bathtub covered in roses while munching on a perfectly-styled tray of doughnuts, Halsey is on an inadvertent four-way call with Blackwelll, Maraduena and Nasty, asking them to come on board for what sounds like a very over-the-top commercial. Asked why she’s going to all these lengths for an anti-Valentine’s Day ad if she’s not even single, Halsey does her best Regina George eye roll: “I’m single, like, in theory. It’s advertising; you know how it works.” When the trio of girls decide not to join Halsey for her massive commercial (she gives us the classic one-liner “boo, you w—es”), Halsey calls on Mintz-Plasse, asking the Superbad actor, “You’re comfortable with on-screen nudity, right?” ...

Amazon Music, Florida Georgia Line, CMT and Big Machine Label Group have each donated to The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee’s Nashville Neighbors Fund, which supports local businesses affected by the Christmas Day bombing in downtown Nashville.
