Marc Rebillet is Streaming Live—Nonstop—Until He Reaches 1 Million YouTube Subscribers

Marc Rebillet is on a mission to reach 1 million YouTube subscribers and he’ll stop at nothing to get there. Literally, he won’t stop streaming until he reaches that number. The one they call “Loop Daddy” announced on his socials that he will be going live on YouTube today, December 9th at 11:30AM ET (8:30AM PT) and will not cease until he reaches the milestone. Every time he gains 1,000 subscribers, he will also donate $500 to a charity. Check out Rebillet’s announcement below. Watch Tom Petty’s New Video for ‘Something Could Happen’

A new video for Tom Petty’s “Something Could Happen” premiered during a one-hour livestream on the Tom Petty YouTube channel last night (12/8). It was directed by Warren Fu and features Lauren Cohan (of The Walking Dead fame). The song is from Wildflowers & All The Rest, the beefed-up version of Petty’s 1994 album Wildflowers which was released in October.  The livestream also featured new, behind-the-scenes footage from the “You Don’t Know How It Feels” video and included set commentary from director Phil Joanou and Petty himself. Hayley Williams Performs Petals for Armor Songs for Tiny Desk (Home) Set

Hayley Williams released her first solo album, Petals for Armor, back in May. A lot has obviously happened since then for the Paramore singer, including the postponement of her first solo tour, which would have seen her head to Europe and then the States. Instead of playing live shows, Williams performed at home over the summer, and recently, at a Ruth Bader Ginsburg tribute show. Today, Williams appeared as the latest artist to perform on NPR’s Tiny Desk (Home) Concert, joined by a team of ace musicians including Julien Baker, Becca Mancari, bassist Joey Howard, and drummer Aaron Steele. Midnight Oil Sets Tour of Australia, Promises More Dates Later In 2021

Midnight Oil was slated to debut the Makarrata Live concept at the Splendour In The Grass festival in July 2020, but the event was postponed due to the health crisis. There’s a new live music scene coming to the halls of Grand Theft Auto V’s The Diamond Casino & Resort. A new club under the casino called The Music Locker is opening up its doors to host a lineup of underground resident DJ’s.  The Music Locker’s inaugural resident will be Detroit’s own producer and KDJ Records label owner, Moodymann. According to the Washington Informer, Blow, born Kurtis Walker, underwent heart transplant surgery on Sunday (Dec. 6) in Los Angeles per his wife Shirley Walker. Fortunately, the procedure was a success. “We give all glory to God for the perfect heart and transplant,” said the “Christmas Rappin’” rapper’s wife. “He is out of surgery. Keep the prayers and praises up.
