TikTok unveiled its Top 100 data on Wednesday (Dec. 2), with the top viral videos, celebrities, songs and more that thrived this year on the popular app. As quarantine had us all stuck inside in 2020, many (including celebrities) turned to TikTok for some entertainment. Jason Derulo leads the pack as the platform’s top A-lister, followed by Kylie Jenner, Lizzo, Charlie Puth, Tyga, China McClain, Lil Yachty, Dr. Phil, Shay Mitchell and Jack Black. Gunmen kidnap Edo councillor
Unknown gunmen in the early hours of Wednesday abducted Israel Inyanabor, a councillor representing Ewohimi Ward One in Esan South-East Local Government Area of Edo State. Inyanabor’s kidnap happened along Ewatto-Ubiaja-Okhuesan Road near Ena River in Esan South-East LGA of the state. The kidnap of the councillor has reportedly created tension in the community following an earlier abduction of a teacher and his wife, simply identified as Mr and Mrs Aluola, by suspected bandits along the same Ewatto-Ubiaja-Okhuesan Road on Monday. Titled The Problem of Leisure: A Celebration of Andy Gill and Gang of Four, the collection will be a double album of songs that are reinterpreted and recorded by famous fans of the band.
