The apology came after Cardi appeared to be reveling in hosting a large dinner for her family. It started with an innocuous post about enjoying the holiday in which she wrote, “Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Enjoy your family & friends and the turkey legs” amid LOL re-posts about hilarious “WAP”sgiving videos. Then, on Sunday, Cardi said she had “12kids and 25 adults over the holidays.” A short time later, Cardi shared how blessed she was feeling about the last few years of her life. “Back in 2017 God revealed so many people around my circle that I though was .I didn’t understand why but In 2018 I found I was pregnant & had a very successful year,” she said of her breakthrough year. “God revealingly people to me again this ye...

Limp Bizkit may have reaped big success thanks to the nü-metal crazy of the late 90s. However, Wes Borland recently said that the Deftones’ decision to walk away from the genre they helped pioneer was the “right move.” “The Deftones really tried to separate themselves from everything, which was the right move, for sure,” the Limp Bizkit guitarist said in a recently released episode of Dean Delray’s Let There Be Talk. “Because they were able to maintain longevity.” While the Deftones were part of the early days of nü-metal, they decided to abandon the sound and not tour with the bands in that scene. This led to releasing a catalog of well-received and critically acclaimed music, including their latest, Ohms. Meanwhile, Limp Bizkit stayed in the genre but has only released one album in 17 ye...

The whole point is to honor France’s daredevils of the sky. Keep in mind that, while Ettore Bugatti was still running his own car company, air travel was just starting to be explored. Taking to the skies was no small task in the 1920s and even into the late 1930s. H.E.R.’s acceptance speech was just one in a series of memorable show moments. Taking place at The Lot Studios in West Hollywood, Calif., the telecast mixed videos with live performances, the latter on a stage resembling an intimate club setting complete with a small band and a few socially distanced tables and sofas occupied by no more than two people — and all wearing masks. Tichina Arnold and Tisha Campbell, former co-stars on the TV series Martin, returned for the third time as hosts. While keeping the show on pace with quick and easygoing banter, T and T also lit up the proceedings with their own brand of fireworks beginning with the opening sequence. In prefacing the opener, the pair proclaimed 2020 “the year of Black women” in the wake of the country being ravaged by racial injustic...

The Oodua Progressive Union, OPU, Sunday, lamented that the security situation in Nigeria is being coloured with nepotism, sectionalism, and lack of competence. The group, in a communiqué at the end of the meeting, said: “OPU is disturbed with the news coming from home, regarding the killing of a first-class Yoruba monarch, the Olufon of Ifon, Oba Adegoke Adeusi in Ondo State. “We also condemn, in totality, the dastardly acts of Fulani herdsmen who yearly burn down Chief Olu Falae’s farm. In the same vein, we commend Amotekun in the rescue of the wife of the Chief of staff to the governor of Ondo State. “After careful observation of the 1999 Constitution, we realised that the document was unfit and unproductive, making it the source of nearly all our problems. “As a group that is poised fo...
