Rod Wave Falls as Stage Collapses at Atlanta Concert on Halloween

Rod Wave and several people in his entourage came crashing down when the stage collapsed at a concert in Atlanta on Halloween. The rapper was pulled up with some assistance after the fall, and he seemed to be in good spirits later in that night. “PIMP DOWN I REPEAT PIMP DOWN,” he joked on Instagram, where he shared a video of the incident. A crowd of concertgoers held up their phones and filmed the group on stage going down, with angles that gave a closer look at the stage falling in. Trump Campaign Calls Out Lady Gaga for Being an ‘Anti-Fracking Activist’: See the Reactions

The statement continues, “Biden repeatedly promised left-wing activists he would end fracking, which would be an economic death sentence and financial Armageddon for families in Pennsylvania and across the country,” and it and says Trump “supports and defends American energy workers and is the best candidate to make our economy great again. “Joe Biden will always prioritize the desires of the liberal Hollywood elite and the radical left, while President Trump will always put the interests of blue-collar workers first,” Murtaugh said. Murtaugh’s statement caught the attention of many people on social media, who know Lady Gaga for many things — anti-fracking activist not exactly being her most common, or notable, identifier. She seemingly questi...

Shoot Your Shot: Barack Obama Hits Walk Off Jumper: “That’s What I Do!” [Video]

Source: Drew Angerer / Getty Barack Obama does everything better than that other guy. Our Forever President shared a video of himself hitting a jumper and walking off with a diddy bop saying, “That’s what I do!” After receiving a pass, and in dress shoes, Obama took one dribble and put up his left-handed jump shot. All net. The last real POTUS shared the clip yesterday (Oct. 31) on Twitter not just to brag but to encourage people to vote, if you haven’t already, with the caption, “Shoot your shot. http://iwillvote.com.” We can’t decide what was smoother, the jumper or being handed a cup while talking off and saying “That’s what I do.” He lowered his mask, for a moment, to say it again for emphasis. Presidential candidate Joe Biden was in the gym—the pair was stumping in Michigan—and approv...

Busta Rhymes Returns To Superior Form With ‘Extinction Level Event 2’ [Review]

Source: Jared Siskin / Getty Busta Rhymes could very easily rest on the heels of his past success, having cemented himself as one of the greats of not only his era but of all time, arguably. However, there’s plenty more left in the tank if the rapper’s latest set Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath Of God stands as an effective marker. The long-promised ELE2 has been lauded as a classic by those privileged to have heard earlier iterations of the body of work but the 10th studio album from the New York star never materialized until the end of October. The moments of promotion and anticipation leading up to ELE2‘s release gave off the air of this being an “event” album, a rare thing in Hip-Hop at a time when there are seemingly a string of lauded releases each week only to be forgotten by th...

Stevie Wonder Live Debuts New Songs at Joe Biden Rally

Yesterday, Stevie Wonder joined Joe Biden at a drive-in rally in Detroit, Michigan where he live-debuted two new songs he released last month: “Can’t Put It in the Hands of Fate” and “Where Is Our Love Song.” “The only way we’re going to win this fight, a fight against injustice, is by voting,” Wonder told the socially-distanced crowd. “We must vote justice in and injustice out.” “I feel this election here is the most important one of my lifetime,” the legendary pianist added. “When I’m in California hearing about a group of people that are trying to kidnap and murder the governor of this state, excuse my language, but that’s some bullshit. Unacceptable.” Wonder also suggested that instead of a Juneteenth official holiday, the president should give reparations “for the work that we’ve...

The 702-HP Ram 1500 TRX Pickup’s Fuel Economy Is Exactly What You’d Expect

And look, we know that fuel economy doesn’t really matter in when it comes to a super-truck like the TRX. When you have a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V-8 under the hood and a capable off-road suspension under the body, how many miles you’re getting to the gallon is almost definitely among the last things on your mind. Topics such as where the nearest dunes are located, or what kind of sweet jumps you can do are surely rattling around louder in your brain bin. But hilariously bad fuel economy is still bad fuel economy, chuckles aside. So, just how bad is it? According to FCA, TRX owners can expect 10 miles to the gallon during city driving, 14 mpg on the highway, and just 12 mpg combined, according to Ram. That’s ’80s supercar thirsty. See all 40 photos While in...

Of course, that means that the car had to be appropriately wrapped in all of its MotorTrend glory before the big Xfinity 500 Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway in Virginia (check out the time-lapse video of the process below!). Watch Tyler Reddick’s No. 8 Get Wrapped! Step-by-Step: The Car Wrap Process at Richard Childress Racing See all 20 photos The design started with a rendering that was approved by all the parties and then given to the design team at RCR’s Graphics Center so they could turn the one-dimensional ideas into a wrap that would work on a three-dimensional Cup car. In August, Snoop shared a new song dedicated to Nipsey Hussle called “Nipsey Blue.” It’s unclear if that was a stand alone track or will be featured on Take It From a G. See Snoop’s album announcement below. Aside from recording new music, the legendary rapper’s also been vocal about politics this year. Over the summer, Snoop revealed that he’d be voting for the first time...

A recent Instagram post from Justin Bieber has fans drooling at the thought of another mega-collaboration between him and Skrillex. In the post, the Canadian pop star shared a pair of pictures of himself with the pioneering music producer and several other creatives, ostensibly bouncing ideas off one another. In addition to Skrillex, included in the group shot are Poo Bear, Jon Bellion, Maejor, and Ant Clemons, among others. At the beginning of the year, Bieber teamed up with Skrillex and Diplo‘s supergroup, Jack Ü, for the release of the ever-popular “Where Are Ü Now.” The end of the year, on the other hand, saw Skrillex produce several songs on Bieber’s fifth...

Nikki McKibbin, American Idol Alum, Dies at 42

American Idol alum Nikki McKibbin has passed away at the age of 42. The singer came in third place during the show’s inaugural season in 2002. That year’s runner up, Justin Guarini, broke the news on Instagram yesterday with a touching tribute. “…I’ll never forget the day that her idol, Stevie Nicks, sent her flowers with a card that said ‘You are the Gypsy that I was…’. Nikki was on cloud nine and the joy and excitement that radiated from her was infectious. After the kind of emotional beating she took at the hands of the masses, she deserved to feel good about herself, even for a little while,” he wrote. “Rest well, ‘Gypsy’…and thank you for the laughter, merciless teasing, strength, vulnerability, love and friendship you showed me during our time together in the spotlight.” Last night, ...
