It’s only Night One, but I can already tell he’s going to be the love of my life.” During the course of the sketch, Adele broke into song on multiple occ...

Jerry Jeff Walker, Country Music Legend and ‘Mr. Bojangles’ Songwriter, Dies at 78

Walker emerged from New York’s Greenwich Village folk scene in the 1960s and he was a founding member of the band Circus Maximus. He moved to Texas in the 1970s and in 1972 scored a hit with his version of the Guy Clark song “L.A. Freeway.” Walker and the Lost Gonzo Band in 1973 recorded an album live in Texas called Viva Terlingua that became a classic of the country-rock scene. Walker had since released more than 30 albums. In 1986, he formed independent music label Tried & True Music and released albums under it. Walker was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2017, undergoing chemotherapy and radiation, he told the Austin American Statesman in 2018. “I guess I took my singing for granted, and now I don’t,” he told the newspaper. In 2017, it was announced that Walker had donated more tha...

Bugatti’s Latest Vehicle Looks Fit for a Jedi, Debuts October 28th

Time for your weekly dose of “what the heck?” But instead of originating in the darker reaches of the automotive web, this latest installment comes straight from one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands: Bugatti. The French brand recently put up a photo of a (presumably) forthcoming vehicle’s taillights on its website with the caption “What if…?”, and we genuinely have no idea what sort of vehicle these lamps are attached to. Bugatti is no stranger to the world of insane concepts, though, and we would not be surprised if this image previews the brand’s next show car. Just look to Bugattis efforts in the late 1990s and its crazy concepts such as the EB 218 and the wildly styled—for its time—18/3 Chiron. These days Bugatti seems mo...

10 Takeaways From Kanye West’s Conversation With Joe Rogan

See several excerpts from his three-hour symphony with Rogan below. He’s prioritizing his relationship with God over the music industry: “When I made Sunday Service, I completely stopped rapping, because I don’t know how to rap for God. All my raps always had nasty jokes. When I went to the hospital in 2016, I wrote, ‘Started church in Calabasas.’ As we left from 2018 going into 2019, I said, ;I’m not going to let one Sunday go by without starting this church.; To start a ministry, I’m like the little drummer boy, where I’m saying, ‘This is all I got to bring, my drum.’ I might not be well versed in the Word, but I know how to make music and I know how to put this choir together. And all things can be made good for God. It qu...

The Strokes to Appear as Musical Guest on SNL Next Week

After a year that started off with a bang, the Strokes ended up having their best-laid plans fizzle out due to the pandemic. They did, if you remember, release an album, the now-eerily titled The New Abnormal in April. Instead of building off the momentum of playing a Bernie Sanders rally in February and a handful of other shows in Europe and the States, Julian Casablancas and company will hit Saturday Night Live as the musical guest next Saturday on Halloween. John Mulaney will host the episode. See the announcement below. You Deserve to Make Money Even When you are looking for Dates Online. So we reimagined what a dating should be. It begins with giving you back power. Get to meet Beautiful people, chat and make money in the process. Earn rewards by chatting, sha...

These Hummer EV Design Proposals Look Even Wilder Than the Real Thing

If you think the 2022 GMC Hummer EV looks pretty wild as it is, know that the design could have been even more dramatic. General Motors took to social media this week to show off some early sketches that influenced the electric pickup truck‘s final design. Just look at those massive tires. This imaginary set of rubber makes the truck look even more formidable, especially with all the extra ground clearance. This is not to say the production model doesn’t impress in this area—it comes standard with 35-inch tires and can accommodate rubber as tall as 37 inches. The sketch also reveals a bolder hood design and some seriously aggressive cladding. The back end looks particularly different than the final product in one of these sketches, taking a more rounded shape and adopting a uni...

With the election around the corner, tensions are undoubtedly high in the country. Today in Beverly Hills, the site where Trump rallies have taken place every weekend for the past few months, things took a turn when Migos rapper Offset was arrested after a spat with Trump supporters. Documenting the event on Instagram Live, Offset, who was following his wife Cardi B through Beverly Hills, was detained by Beverly Hills Police after he said that Trump supporters were banging their flags on his car. In a separate video on her Instagram Stories, Cardi B aired footage of the protest. “We were told that you guys were waving guns at people,” an officer said in the interaction. “You just watched somebody beat my car up with a flag. What are you talking about?” Offset told the officer. Another offi...
